Deductions Validated per Day per Analyst
The Deductions Validated per Day per Analyst dashboard provides insights on the average rate of deductions manually resolved at a daily level by an analyst for the selected time period, calculated using the following formula:
Deductions Validated per Day per Analyst = (Number of deductions manually resolved / Number of active days) / (Total number of analysts)

Note The analysts involved in validating deductions in the selected time period are considered as active. |

Widget 1 - Deductions Validated per Day per Analyst
The Deductions Validated per Day per Analyst widget displays a time-series chart of the monthly trend of Deductions Validated per Day per Analyst.
Hovering over the series displays a tooltip A tooltip is used to specify extra information about something when the user moves the mouse pointer over an element. of the month and the respective Deductions Validated per Day per Analyst and Target values.
Widget 2 - Usage Trend
The Usage Trend widget displays a column chart of the monthly validated deductions and the number of analysts.
Hovering over the series displays a tooltip of the month and the respective Deductions Validated and Analysts values.
Widget 3 - Role Wise User Breakup
The Role Wise User Breakup widget displays a bar chart of the analysts segregated as per the security roles.
Hovering over the series displays a tooltip of the security role and the respective count of analysts in that role.
Widget 4 - Users Percentile Distribution
The Users Percentile Distribution widget provides a summary of the deductions validated by the analysts per day, segregated into ranking buckets as per percentile ranges. Click the download icon to export the data as a CSV file in your local system.
Widget 5 - User Leaderboard - Analyst
The User Leaderboard - Analyst widget displays the ranks of the analysts and their respective data considered for computation. Click the download icon to export the data as a CSV file in your local system.
Widget 6 - User Leaderboard - Non Analyst
The User Leaderboard - Non Analyst widget displays the users who are not marked as Analyst and their respective data. Click the download icon to export the data as a CSV file in your local system.
Out-of-the-Box Features
The Out-of-the-Box features and functionalities of the dashboard are as follows:

Date Range - Filters data displayed in the dashboard as per the required date range.

Daily or Monthly Toggle - Switches the entire dashboard metrics and trends to daily (D) or monthly (M) view.

Standard Out of the Box Filters - Filters the entire dashboard on the basis of Reason Code and Company Code.
